Our goal has and always will be to grow and cultivate the freshest organic produce possible. To that end, we have
painstakingly grown our own vegetablesand farmed our own fish from the very beginning. We spend more time
and effort doing this but we feel the rewards are well worth the toil. From the moment you take that first bite,
be comforted in the fact that the fish you are eating has been watched under our very own eyes since the
very beginning. No preservatives, fertilizers or chemicals have been used in any of our farming
